Karma and the BCS Mess

How does it feel Jim Tressel? Pretty bad I hope. I bet when you conveniently didn't vote in the Coaches poll at the end of the regular season (even though you voted before the start of the season), you thought you were home free. You did everything in your power to make sure you didn't have to play Michigan again. The fact of the matter is, you have no guts or sense of honor. The karma police were at the BCS championship. And I'm sure they had fun bending you over the peripheral table and making you their bitch. Straight up county style. As you can tell I'm happy that the Buckeyes got served like a bar and grill. The BCS once again looks like a pile of shit sprayed with rich perfume. So who is the best team? We know it isn't Ohio State. Is it Florida? They beat the "number 1" ranked team in the country. LSU? They owned Notre Dame. What about Boise State? They're the only undefeated team (13-0). The sad truth is we will never know. We will never know because THERE ISN'T A F*CKING PLAYOFF SYSTEM!!! This is the major reason why College Football is a joke. You never know who the best team is. Its like listening to the genesis of a joke and then leaving before the punchline. A NCAA College Playoff would be wonderful. Just a thought of the possible matches makes my mouth water like a pedaphile at a school daycare center. But nooooooo, we have to rely on stupid polls. Polls like the AP who ranked Boise State 5th even though they are the only team that went undefeated. Not only do they deserve to be higher, they deserve to be in a BCS bowl game. After Florida got in that ass, Urban Meyer joked about playing the Boise State Broncos. "Let's go play 'em next week." Hey Coach, I'm all for that. I'm pretty sure several people would love to see that game. But the punk ass BCS continues to make sure the people don't get what they want. What the people want is a 16 or even an 8 team playoff system. Now I'm sure some people (idiots) will not agree with me. I had one lady (and I use that term loosely) tell me that there shouldn't be a playoff system because the student-athletes would miss too much school. Yes this person makes Mike Tyson seem somewhat intelligent. The NCAA college-basketball tournament is an extra week for 64 teams, two extra weeks for 16 teams, and three extra weeks for four teams. Like I said before, this lady (her name is Rachel by the way) is lacking mental power just like the BCS committee. Oh by the way, this video pretty much explains how smart the BCS is... |
