Anyone else see this epic speech last night?
Barack Obama bashers will say that he didn’t provide enough specifics. I always thought speeches weren’t meant to be about dwelling on the “specifics.” If people are really looking for “specifics”, they might start by looking through the “Issues” section on his website, which provide detailed outlines of his stance on every major campaign topic, including some .pdf files running dozens of pages long. I never understood interventions. What’s the point of being told you drink too much from a room full of reasons why you drink in the first place?
