But at 78 years old, he just doesn&#8217;t have the ability to do this. If Lane Kiffin is gone after only one year, the Raiders will be taking another step backwards. GIVE THE KID SOME TIME!!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s bad enough that defensive coordinator Rob Ryan wants out and can&#8217;t leave. But it is downright disturbing Davis can&#8217;t comprehend that the Silver and Black have a coach in Kiffin who can turn things around if he is given the power. I just don&#8217;t get it.<\/p>\n<p>Why Al why? What&#8217;s the worse that can happen if you give Kiffin the power he wants?
