Nate Dogg's Wife & Mother Give Up On Estate Battle

Nate Dogg's wife and mother have given up on the battle over Nate Dogg's estate in the wake of his death. According to TMZ, LaToya withdrew her petition for control over the estate earlier this month. "Nate's children wanted a 'professional administration' and Ruth and LaToya decided to withdraw to avoid conflict with the children," said LaToya's lawyer.

Nate's children are reportedly "ecstatic," but the estate controller is yet to be determined.
