1. OAKLAND RAIDERS a.k.a. PLANET EARTH'S TEAM

JAMARCUS RUSSELL

Quarterback | Junior | L.S.U.

Height: 6-5 1/2 | Weight: 265 | 40-Time: 4.83
Strengths:
JaMarcus Russell has rare size and bulk for the QB position. He probably has the strongest arm in all of football (college or pro) and can make all the throws. An outstanding pure athlete who is very powerful and a load to bring down. He is mobile enough to avoid pressure and can hurt defenses with his feet. Russell does a superb job of keeping his eyes downfield and has a very quick release. He has no problem throwing well on the run. Russell is a leader with good poise and composure. Has great upside considering that he got better every season.

Weaknesses:

Is relatively raw as a passer and will need to work on his technique and throwing mechanics. Has made great strides in the accuracy department but there is still room for improvement. His numbers might have been inflated because of the system he played in. Russell's timed speed is solid but nothing to write home about.

2. DETROIT LIONS

BRADY QUINN

Quarterback | Senior | Notre Dame
Height: 6-3 3/4 | Weight: 232 | 40-Time: 4.73

  Strengths:
Brady Quinn has the prototypical size, is a hard worker, and a great leader with elite intangibles. He is smart and does not make many mistakes with the ball. Quinn is very strong and does not go down easily. Has arm strength is excellent and so are his throwing mechanics. A good athlete who can move in the pocket and scramble a bit. He has a lot of experience against top-notch competition and knows how to read a defense. He has been lucky enough to have been well schooled in a pro-style offenses by a noted quarterback guru. He is tough and has never missed any action despite taking quite a beating at times during his career. Quinn is a clutch player who has come through big in tough situations and plays his best when the game is on the line.

Weaknesses:
His accuracy tends to get spotty at times and will struggle under pressure like most quarterbacks. Some people are concerned he may be a product of Charlie Weis' system since he didn't really emerge until his junior year. Despite the big numbers he didn't have quite the senior year some were expecting due in large part to his offensive line.

He has the ability to be a true workhorse and he seems to get better as the game goes on. Is able to run effectively inside and outside. Has soft hands and has potential as a receiver.

Weaknesses:
Durability is a major concern and he was unable to even make it through a entire college season healthy. Peterson runs too high and he will leave himself open to some big hits. He didn't get many opportunities as a pass catcher and he's not a great route runner. Not real nifty and won't make people miss. Needs to become a better blocker. Lacks the ideal bulk that you look for. Needs to get stronger. His reckless style of play has led to injuries and durability is a big question mark. He has some major character concerns and a number of incidents that will need to be checked into.

25. NEW YORK JETS

GREG OLSEN

Tight End | Junior | Miami (FL)
Height: 6-57/8 | Weight: 254 | 40-Time: 4.51
Strengths:
Gregf Olsen has ideal height as well as the frame to get bigger. He has very good hands. A terrific athlete with fantastic timed speed. Runs excellent routes and knows how to get open. A much better blocker than he is given credit for. Can create after the catch. Somewhat of a wide receiver in a tight end's body and was really the Hurricanes top target at times. Still has some upside.

Weaknesses:

Olsen does not have the ideal bulk that you look for. He is coming off of a sub par 2006 season. Won't break many tackles. He wasn't utilized as a deep / vertical threat much in college.

26. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

MICHAEL GRIFFIN

Safety | Senior | Texas
Height: 5-113/4 | Weight: 202 | 40-Time: 4.45
Strengths:
Michael Griffin is athletic with great speed. He is tough, physical, aggressive and a big hitter. Covers a lot of ground and has a burst to close. Exceptional in coverage and has fluid hips. Supports the run well. A playmaker with good leaping ability and ball skills. Motor is always running. Productive and has a lot of experience against top competition. Intangibles are top-notch. An outstanding kick blocker and special teamer who could carve out a career in the NFL on that ability alone.

Weaknesses:

Has okay but not exceptional size. He will miss some tackles while trying to deliver the knock-out blow. Is not super instinctive and depends on his athleticism too much. Struggles with massive blockers in the box and gets manhandled sometimes. Will he be durable and able to hold up physically considering his frame and style of play?

Able to run with most wideouts in man. Has fluid hips and can flip and turn. Extremely confident in his abilities. Great leaper. Has pretty good instincts and uses his hands well. Breaks up a lot of passes.

Weaknesses:

He might be a little too sure of himself at times. Ball skills are only average. Too aggressive and will get fooled. Still raw in terms of his technique. Does not do a great job supporting the run. Only an average tackler at best. He was not overly productive for most of his career.

A playmaker who is always around the ball. Still has a ton of potential and there is really no telling just how good he may ultimately be.

Weaknesses:
Has only one year of starting experience. He is raw and needs work from a technique standpoint. Has some trouble shedding blocks and he doesn't use his hands all that well. May lack ideal instincts and awareness due to inexperience. Needs to continue bulking up and getting stronger. Will get by on his athleticism at times.

Ryan Kalil has great quickness. Moves well and has great range. Is extremely smart with great football instincts and is like a coach along the offensive line. Still has the frame to pack on some additional pounds. Does a nice job in pass protection. Is tough, a hard worker and a leader with top-notch intangibles...Excellent technician...Just a steady, all-around player who has a ton of experience against elite competition.

Weaknesses:

Does not have great size or bulk. Needs to hit the weights and get stronger. Not very stout at the point and will get pushed back at times. Struggles with massive defensive tackles who will overpower and bull rush him. He is not overly athletic.

30. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

DWAYNE BOWE

Wide Receiver | Senior | L.S.U.
Height: 6-21/4 | Weight: 221 | 40-Time: 4.50

A force in the red zone who has made a lot of big plays during his career. A leader with solid intangibles. He has only touched the tip of the iceberg in terms of his potential.

Weaknesses:
Timed speed is only average at best and he is not overly quick. Has had a lot of trouble with dropped balls. Is still raw and relatively new to the game. Let's the ball get into his body too often. Needs to become a better route runner. Won't stretch the field, struggles to separate and he isn't a big play threat. Is not there yet when it comes to identifying coverages.

Weaknesses:

Jarrett does not have the timed speed you look for. He needs to get stronger and be more physical. Does not get much separation. He won't run away from anyone and isn't a deep / vertical threat. Dealt with some injuries in college. He has minor character concerns. May profile as more of a #2 target at the next level and not a true #1.
