how to find out the location of an IP address?? I have tried a few free tracers I found but they all say something different.....

It's not from someone at this site.... and actually I have the IP address already, I was just trying to figure out how to then find out where the person is using the IP address....some tracers are saying Texas, others California, some Colorado... so I just was wondering if anyone new a good tracer..... they are sending me harassing shit and talking about my son in it.... so I'd like to at least know where they are....Comment

Sounds like you got some enemy. Just email your internet provider with the IP address. There might be something on the internet that tells you where the email is coming from. Just type in IP tracer in google. You might find something there.Comment
