  • Producer For 'Ice Loves Coco' Threatens Lawsuit Against Delta Over Cussing Incident

A producer for Ice-T's new reality show "Ice Loves Coco" is considering a lawsuit against Delta Airlines, after he was thrown off a flight in Detroit for cursing.

Robert Sayegh said he was thrown off a flight by Atlantic Southeast Airlines, which is operated by Delta, after a flight attendant overheard him mutter the "f" word to another passenger, as he questioned a 45-minute delay.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Sayegh was woke up after a night of celebrating the debut of "Ice Loves Coco." When he woke up, he questioned his whereabout to his seat mate.

"I was just kind of talking to the guy sitting next to me," Sayegh said. "I said, 'What is taking so long?' I said, 'What the F is going on?' I could see if I directed it at (the flight attendant), but I didn't even speak to him."

The obscenity was overheard by flight attendant, who had the plane return to the gate, where police removed Sayegh from the flight.

The producer, who lost a relative during the September 11 terrorist attacks, is also the author of a children's book.

"Maybe he was having a bad day. But he turned the whole plane around and brought it back to the gate because he said I'm a threat," Sayegh said. "It's ridiculous and embarrassing."

Sayegh was put on a later flight to Newark, New Jersey and landed without incident.

Atlanta South East Airline spokeswoman Kate Modolo told the Detroit Free Press that the airline is conducting an internal investigation over the incident.

"Ice Loves Coco" airs every Sunday on E! at 10:30PM EST.
