R. Kelly revives his musical soap opera with more installments of the saga.
R. Kelly has revealed that he plans to release more chapters of his epic "Trapped in the Closet" series.
Though it is currently unclear when the new installments with premiere, a promotional video reveals that they will be broadcast on IFC this year. The whole crew returns "in the next installments of R. Kelly’s continuing hip hopera," writes IFC, "about a group of characters interconnected by sexual exploits, little people and a mysterious package."
The first dozen chapters debuted in 2005, followed by another 10 in 2007. He previously revealed that he had written 32 more chapters of "Trapped in the Closet."
