Kim Kardashian is ready to unleash a nasty lawsuit against Bret Lockett for "making up" a cheating scandal and taking it public. The reality star is going to have her legal team press forward with paperwork, and she may end up seeing Lockett in court.
"Her lawyers are drafting a defamation lawsuit against Lockett and will file it as early as Monday morning. [They] fired off a letter to Lockett in the last few days, telling him to hang on to the so-called 'evidence' he has on his 'affair' with Kim -- because he'll need to produce it in court," TMZ reports.
No one can blame Kim for taking legal action in this scenario. In fact, people (including her fiancé, Kris Humphries) might be concerned if she didn't seek out her rights in this case. Lockett still maintains that he has "proof" of the phone affair, so Kim better be sure that she did nothing of the sort. If Lockett can prove his story true, Kim will not only lose her fiancé (presumably), but she will also lose a lot of fans. This scandal could easily ruin her. Hopefully she knows what she is doing.
