Ayo, tell me if this is stupid or not. A scowny little man tries to rob a woman in a garage parking lot. In her defense she used martial arts and broke his arm. Now that man is suing her for his medical bill. An he actually won the case. Is that some stupid shit or what?

If I'm wrong someone please give me they're thoughts on this. Or clarify why he won this case.
