  • McNugget rage: Video of Ohio woman's drive-through confrontation

A Chicken McNugget fan lost her cool when she couldn't get nuggets in the morning. Now, video of the incident involving the Ohio woman who got in a fight with employees and allegedly vandalized a McDonald's over the lack of breakfast chicken has been released.

The incident happened January 1 around 6:30 a.m.

Video of the Main Street McDonalds in East Toledo shows 24-year-old Melodi Dushane pulling up to the drive-through window. An employee tells her they don't serve McNuggets that early.

    You see a verbal argument.

Then Dushane gets out of her car and punches the drive-through employee in the mouth.

Melodi's friend Brenda Goucher says the McDonalds employee called Melodi names first. Melodi, though, later told her lawyer she had no memory of the incident.

Goucher says she no longer goes to that particular restaurant since she says they get her orders wrong and mistreat customers.

"You get back home and there are no fries," she told a local TV station. "You go back up there and she's going to argue with you about it."

After the initial confrontation, police say the manager walked to the window and Dushane began swinging at her as well. The manager is then seen trying to pull Dushane through the window by her hair.

It then became a tug of war with that drive-through window with Dushane on one side and two to three McDonalds employees on the other, trying to shut the window. Dushane is seen screaming and trying to break the glass. She eventually succeeds.

"If someone dragged me by the hair I'd be furious," said Goucher.

Dushane's attorney says she suffers panic attacks, which are heightened when she's been drinking.

"Well it was New Years, New Year's Eve," said defense attorney John McMahon. "You know, you drink. She was definitely shocked by what she saw because she didn't remember it."

Dushane received two months in jail and a year probation over the incident.

Despite the broken drive-through window, McDonald's was back up and running without skipping a beat.
