True, but whites do more mass killings than black or Latinos. There have been much more white serial killers than blacks or Latinos.

What - so it's ok for blacks and latinos to kill more people per capita?

Meaning what? Going to court for a parking or speeding ticket? That stat is pretty vague. What is the stat for whites?

Anything over a summary offense. 33% for blacks...28% for latinos...9% for whites.

But any ways, I've never been to jail, or did any real crimes. But I know a lot of white people that have.
